The revenue figures may not reflect it however there is a swing in the web marketers space away from Google and back to Yahoo!. Remember when Yahoo was the king of search in the 90's. Well I think their back.

Although Google has a beta video search already released it's new iGoogle search has missed the mark. The Yahoo interface is far more targeted and with the Channel 7 Australia hook-up is giving us far better news, sport and community content.

Not only that, Yahoo/Overture have finally fixed their PPC campaign advertising interface that put off so many of us off in the past. It's far easier to get a client online and the charges are far better value than what is on offer through the Google.

All in all with Google trying to complete in the software arena instead of being a competitive search portal the swing will continue to shift.
