Digital Agencies

There seems to be more Digital Experts cropping up these days then fluctuations on the ASX. We used to just rescue poor web development jobs where business owners paid for work to be dont that was never completed or failed to meet expectations. But now there is even more mess out there in the Internet business community.

Twice in 2 months we've had companies that have come to us wondering why their Adwords campaign is costing them $8,000 per month ($8,000!!!!! for 2 different companies) and they couldn't see what they were getting for their money. I mean fine Google has click through tracking but if no conversion or call tracking is involved and worst of all sales aren't improving then what were there Digital Experts doing.

What's worse is that to pick up business these Digital Experts wait until a well formed budget runs out and then contacts the marketing managers saying that their Adwords campaigns (PPC) isn't working properly, when in fact it is, right in line with a balanced strategic digital campaign that is designed to maximise client return.

It takes more than running PPC campaigns to be a Digital Marketer.
